Peerless Cherry Cordial Peerless Single Barrel
NOSE
Spicy oak and dark fruit reduction shine in a bold nose. Aromas of curing tobacco provide further complexity.
PALATE
The taste leads with sweet oak, bourbon cherries, and vanilla custard. A cocoa dusting reminds one of a chocolate-covered cherry. Another sip cuts the sweetness with orange bitters, opening the door for a savory smoke to waft in.
FINISH
The finish features dark chocolate and smoked sugar for the perfect finale.

Orange Grove Peerless Single Barrel Rye
NOSE
The nose opens with red fruit and sweet grasses. A dry, sandy, soil also shows itself in the aroma.
PALATE
The taste begins with sweetened orange juice, molasses, spicy florals, and a malted sugar. That palate becomes thick as the mouthfeel intensifies. Another sip unleashes a litany of spicy florals that are sweetened with dashes of red wine.
FINISH
The finish carries forward to showcase a botanical garden accompanied by fresh cut lumber and the sweet smoke that accompanies it.

Mango Rye-Rita Peerless® Single Barrel Rye
NOSE
The nose opens with a broad bouquet of sweet florals. The aroma evolves to a buttery, sweet, yellow stone fruit.
PALATE
Malted sugar makes a bold first impression on the palate. Cinnamon, toasted sugar, and nectar soon take over. A second sip adds a salted toffee note, but quickly returns to showcase its signature tropical tones.
FINISH
The finish is sweet oak, fresh florals, and a crisp brûlée.

Vanilla Dreamsicle Peerless® Single Barrel Rye
NOSE
Sweet and spicy oak open up a great nose. Hints of orange zest and tobacco creep into the periphery.
PALATE
The first sip is sweetened cream and vanilla. Caramelized brown sugar and sweetened orange juice add complexity and depth. A second sip incorporates dry leather and curing tobacco, but the orange cream steals the show.
FINISH
The finale is a smoked caramel finish extenuated by a still thick mouthfeel.
