Our latest Rise 2022 Seasonal Gin release introduces botanicals not previously used in Castle & Key recipes before, including Rose Petal, Almond, and Green Cardamom. Using our rye whiskey base, we thoughtfully selected botanicals to create a flavor profile that embodies the seasons of Spring and Summer. This complex flavor profile delicately balances tasting notes of sweet licorice, almonds, and rose petals to create a spirit that can be enjoyed alone or stand out in any cocktail.
This seasonal release will become available in select markets beginning March 7th.
