Apple Cinnamon Smash

Ingredients:
2.0 oz | Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon
0.75 oz | Honey-Cinnamon Syrup
0.75 oz | Lemon Juice
0.5 oz | Apple Liqueur
How to mix:
Add Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon, honey-cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, apple liqueur, and ice to a shaker
Shake until chilled
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
Garnish with a cinnamon stick
Honey-Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients:
1/2 C. Natural Raw Honey
1/2 C. Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
Directions:
Place water, honey, and cinnamon stick in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer for 2-5 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, pour into an air tight container or mason jar with the cinnamon stick and store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
Remove the cinnamon stick after 1-2 days.

This is a great syrup recipe for many dishes such as our Honey Caramel Sauce and is great in your tea or cocktails!
