1/2 C. Natural Raw Honey
1/2 C. Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
- Place water, honey, and cinnamon stick in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer for 2-5 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, pour into an air tight container or mason jar with the cinnamon stick and store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
- Remove the cinnamon stick after 1-2 days.
This is a great syrup recipe for many dishes such as our Honey Caramel Sauce and is great in your tea or cocktails!
