Our trip to Willett Distillery, we did not take a tour just went in for a tasting.

The lady running the tasting, we got to try any three spirits they made. Not that very cool bottle, unfortunately none of us found it that tasty.
The distillery grounds were very beautiful.

The dark areas on the bottom of the rickhouse is a fungus that eats alcohol in the air coming from the barrels inside.
